    Events such as a wedding or party (ask for special menus & prices for food and drinks)
    Event charge includes tables, chairs, tablecloths, napkins, candles, flowers, china, crystal, silver flatware, bartender, waiter and clean-up.

    There is also an additional $3,000 damage deposit.

    Max. occupancy 10 adults and 4 children. Add $500 per adult over 8 guests and $250 per child (under 6) . $2,000 refundable security deposit required. All prices in US currency. Prices subject to change without notice.

    During the Christmas and New Year's Season the casita may be rented with the main villa for an additional rate of $4000/week. The maximum occupancy for the casita is 2 adults and 1 small child.

    Our villas may be reserved more than a year in advance. If you must have a specific week, book as early as you can, especially during our high and holiday seasons. To determine availability, please note your preferred vacation dates when you join our mailing list. Your inquiry will be delivered by email; you can normally expect a reply within 48 hours.
